Retention Program Manager
• Manage a set of Digital Marketing renewals for Strategic Customers in EMEA from an end to end renewals operations perspective..Manage and own a customer base ensuring health checks and renewals each year.• Orchestrate cross-functional (Sales, CSM, Legal & Deals Desk) resources across the organization to provide a unified path to secure every renewal and customer retention.• Work with Sales and Customer Success Managers to develop a holistic strategy to drive renewals to on-time closure• Validate the renewals pipeline for forecasting, data quality and accuracy • Execute renewal contracts for multiple solutions for large enterprise accounts with high complexity • Build proposal, review contract terms, validate negotiation pricing and handle objections.• Conduct Weekly reviews to monitor Renewal health to mitigate on time contract closure risks .Multi tasking to ensure 100% attainment .• Provide analysis and insights on renewal performance to maximize renewals value• Support the Sales team in negotiations to drive integrity of the renewal portion of the agreement• Assist Renewals team with ad hoc requests to meet customer need.Sales Operations, Validating Values, Working on applications like Elixir, SFDC, providing exact data to the renewals team for UK and Ireland regions. Working on Power BI dashboards, updating numbers every week in elixir.
