Sr Manager- Logistics And Warehouse Operations
Current• Develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse operations and logistics in alignment with the overallbusiness objectives. • Lead and manage a team of warehouse and logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, andsupport to ensure high performance and adherence to operational standards. • Implement effective inventory control measures to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and optimize warehouse space utilization. • Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods tocustomers or other designated locations. • Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, andenhance overall supply chain performance. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing warehouse and logistics operations, and implement safety measures to maintain a secure working environment. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the performance of warehouse andlogistics operations, regularly monitoring and reporting on these metrics. • Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to optimize services and costs related towarehouse operations and logistics. • Implement and leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology solutions toenhance operational efficiency and accuracy. • Develop and manage budgets for warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness andresource optimization. • Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, addressing anyissues that may impact customer satisfaction. • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuousimprovement in warehouse and logistics operations.
