I Prashant Kumar Rai, have graduated in B. Tech (Computer Science) from Uttar Pradesh Technical University. Also Pursued master’s degree MBA in Rural management from Xavier University, Bhubaneshwar (XUB) erstwhile XIMB with 7.29 CGPA. My current assignment is with JMD Group as the Director in Sales & Marketing at Lucknow. Previously worked with Locofast Online Service Private Limited at New Delhi as the Insides Sales Manager for Bangladesh. Prior to that worked with Muthoot Fincorp Limited (NBFC) at Jaipur, designated as Area Manager wherein I was responsible for handling the overall performance of 21 branches in the designated region. Major emphasis is on the flagship product of the company, Gold Loan along with the cross selling of third-party products namely Health Insurance, Life Insurance, MSME loan, Auto Loan, General Insurance, Tourism packages, Foreign Exchange, Money transfer etc. As an Area Manager I am handling the cluster having AUM (Asset under Management) of 46 crores with YTD growth of 36%. There are 84 branch staffs under my supervision. Regional Manager is my immediate reporting officer under whose guidance I perform my daily activities. Prior to this I had also worked with Tata Consultancy Services, Noida as Software Engineer on Ministry of External affairs project named e-Migrate wherein major roles involved were Software Testing, supervising kiosk service at Lucknow and Mumbai International Airport along with imparting training and support to government officials of Ministry of External Affairs at different locations in India.My area of expertise is Business development, Human Resource ,Sales and Marketing, Change Management and Software Testing.
