• Construction of Taj Resorts,90 Key Rooms,ADD,Multi Specialty Restaurant. Pool's Etc. at Puri,Odisha,India Played a key role as MEP Manager to Monitor the construction quality standards for MEP works, Project include both electrical HT/LT & other ELV works i.e. (CCTV, Access Control, PA system, AV system, VASDA, Fire alarm system. Gas Flooding, Gas detection, clean agent & air aspirating system, Communication system like. (Cable plant, GPS, EPBAX, Communication rack, network switches, OFC communication, patch panel & outlets etc.), BMS, HVAC system like. AHU, PSU, Chillers, PAC, FCU, Pumps) Lifts, Crain’s etc. in facilities like offices, tanning rooms, Utility rooms, P8i Wing Station, Sonobuoy, Weapon Bay, High Bay, Main Security, Entry control checkpoint, Officers Accommodations, Admin building, Dining Facility, Fire station, Substations & Lift Stations, WTP, STP, according to Indian navy/Military Engineering Services (MES)/NBC/IS standards etc. Monitoring the standards of quality in accordance with company quality system requirements; fixing deadlines and target program of work for all projects; troubleshooting overall problems with deployment of suitable manpower, equipment, and materials. Reviewing the project specifications, amendments, RFIs & designs drawings to verify & comment on submittals required for electrical material & shop drawings associated with the project according to the contract. Responsible for Inspection of the materials delivered at the site prior to installation as per approved technical submittal. Specialized experience in the installation, testing & commissioning of LV / MV systems. Strong knowledge & experience of working with MEP services like HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection Systems, etc.
