Enriched with a twenty years of Industry and Academia experience,I resumed my career after completion of Master’s Business Administration(MBA)from University of Allahabad in the year 2000 with Wipro Pvt.ltd. as an HR executive ,which formulated my career path, ahead. Soon, joining Tata Tele Services ltd. as a Training Officer for Varanasi /Kanpur Cluster which paved my career path, ahead.While working in the Kanpur cluster I was offered the field of Corporate Trainings and Administration. In the year 2005 I joined NIS Sparta pvt. ltd, a Reliance ADA Group company specializing into trainings to the leading Corporates. This induced my skills into the field of Corporate trainings which further conferred me as a National Certified Trainer alongwith managing the Brand positioning through promotional events and liaising, presentations and managing –the profit centre.The nature of exploring things around provided me an offer in Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology(PSIT) in the year 2010 which added one more feather into my achievements - TEACHING. But looking into my temperament I was into multitasking I convened Annual cultural Events , Moderated Shows, hosted conferences and Seminars,founded Incubations cell /start ups, in coordination with IITs, Wadhwani foundation, Convened Alumni meets, managed Utthan, a students driven activity to teach the street urchins and helping Old Age Homes as a Corporate Social Responsibility.While having worked with PSIT for full seven years I got an opportunity to revive my corporate experience once again, looking into the need of the hour, I joined Honda Cars India Ltd. at the Kanpur level as an HR Manager which enhanced my experience into the day to day working of The Automobile Industry focusing on Talent Acquisition, Employee management, Salary Computation liasoning with various government bodies, maintaining Employee Satisfaction Index, Representing the company on the national level and winning awards in events like New Honda Circle (NHC) and much more.With time we all wish to share our learning and groom the younger generation, with this idea of thought I joined Institute of Technology and Management ,GIDA, Gorakhpur, as an Head of the Department of Trainings and Skills(DOTs) wherein my task was to build effective Communication Skills and Soft Skills to make the Student Industry Oriented.As of Now, I'm working with Allenhouse group of Institutions which serves my purpose of being A philanthropist... and a good wellness counsellor
