In- charge for the Business Development of the Project Finance Division for South India.

Sourcing and assessing of proposals for funding in the Infrastructure Domain which include Power Sector, Road Sector, Airports and Ports among others. The job includes meeting up with the main stake holders in the companies, ascertaining their requirements by sifting through the financial data provided and formulating a funding structure which would suit the requirement.The job also involves studying the balance sheets, financial models, DPRs, pricing the loan, coordinating with the Credit and Risk divisions, presenting the proposal in the requisite committees for approval. Post sanction coordinating with the legal team and credit admin team for disbursement of the loan and later managing the client relationship to ensure on smooth conduct of the account and future business opportunities. - Handled the region ensuring increased business and client retention. Maintained a healthy portfolio in terms of revenue generation and conduct of the accounts.

- Creating client base for the project finance division in Andhra Pradesh by sourcing the clients through various channels.- Analyzing the market for creating funding opportunities for Tata Capital Limited in various segments of Infrastructure sector.- Presenting the proposals in the credit committees’ for final approval and later coordinating with Legal and Operations departments for the disbursement of the loan.- Maintaining the client relationship for further enhancements to the loan and grievance handling.- Created a book size of Rs. 400 Crs over the past three years.- Created a client base of 22 clients. Added some of the top clients in the Infrastructure sector of A.P.- Created the portfolio with one of the best interest spreads for the project finance division across the country for Tata Capital Limited. The portfolio earned one of the best fee incomes for the FY-10 and FY-11.

Responsible for promotion of the SEZ cluster in southern India, Interacting with SEZ developers and Units for meeting their funding requirements.Appraising and structuring foreign currency term loans to SEZ developers and Units.Educating the internal teams as well as customers on Offshore banking products and services.Successfully devised & implemented marketing strategy for the promotion of foreign currency products & services offered by OBU. Appreciated for the same by senior management. Effectively organized road-shows for nearly 85 customer of Madras Special Economic Zone.Won a mandate for raising equity fund worth Rs. 4.0 billion for leading key client. Achieved target of Rs.80.0 mn of Income for the FY 07.Instrumental in evaluating marketing partners for business development in various SEZ.
