ILMS, Vibro Feeders, Magnetic Separators, etc.* Documentation of daily activities under IMS.* Partially involvement in maintenance to achieve our plant target. * Ensuring timely unloading of rakes and keeping bunker full as per the requirement by proper blending of coal to achieve required GCV of coal as per main plant requirement.* Switch Gear Operation (LT/HT Breaker).* Responsible of complete Man power management in shift operation including departmental manpower as well as contract labors.* Monitoring of pressurized fly ash conveying system which consist of centrifugal air compressors, fluidizing air blowers etc.* Monitoring of zero discharge bottom ash system which consist of different size pumps.* Management of ash evacuation from ash silos in dry and moist form.* Management of dewatering and unloading of bottom ash from Dewatering Bins.* Overall manpower management of AHP and condition monitoring of all AHP equipment.
