Current• Handling new vehicle inducement along with formalities for new vehicle registrations and documentation.• Handling Vehicle and Machinery Insurance and renewals on all the sites of the company at Pan-India Level.• Handling / Maintaining online tracker containing data of Vehicles deployed on all client locations at Pan-India Level.• Handling on-site operations of Raw Materials unloading and co-ordination with the vendors to ensure timely, hassle free delivery of raw materials to On Site Construction teams and contractors• Handling overall operations of the Store for the Construction Site. Maintaining records of Inventory Available, Requirements, Indents and Issuing of Different Raw Materials to the Site Construction Team• Active Liaison with Site Construction Teams and related Project In-charge to understand requirements and co-ordinating with respective purchase / procurement teams for making the same available• Handling Petty Cash Requirements for On-Site Construction Team. Responsible for Petty Cash Register Maintenance and providing the Site Team with all the petty cash requirements. Responsible for maintaining the Book Keeping / Petty Cash Register and related Audit / Compliance Activities• Handling collections and record maintenance for all the Commercial Events / Biddings etc. undertaken by the company.• Responsible for reselling of the Construction of Scrap to purchasers and co-ordinations with regards to their prices, collections, database management and material loading from the site as well as transport.• Acting as a link between the Construction Site Projects Team and Management to liaise the requirements• Supervision of the Store and Material Handling activities by the onsite projects team
