Responsible for marketing, logistics team management, revenue generation

 Responsible for identifying, recruiting and developing sales team. Responsible for setting the targets for the team and ensure that the internal targets for the projects are met. Generate profitable new business within the territory by managing entire sales cycle from Lead/enquiry development, sales tours, and marketing and sell all product lines, negotiating and closing deals with prospective clients. Handling team of Sales Managers, executives and provide them training to gain the adequate information for the ongoing projects. Coordinating the entire sales process with the team and providing them adequate support to achieve their targets. Responsible for making joint calls with the sales team. Taking care of marketing activities Advertisement, Sales promotion, Involved in Event Management and promotional activities.

 To research analyze and evaluate the competitive market environment.  Monitor threats and opportunities and amend actions where necessary, to ensure brand/sales development.  To research analyze all marketing activities (Sales-product mix) campaign and purpose effective ideas on product positioning, merchandise Point of Purchasing (POP) Point of Sales (POS) sales and service training. Develops managers and implements creative, effective and successful annual marketing plans for the alternate channel along with traditional marketing strategy and annual marketing plan and budget. Marketing plan should include advertising, sales promotion, public relation, product development, pricing and distribution. Maintain close liaison with all departments on activities and seek any advise of required.
