• Execute proper contracts appreciation and ensure adherence to contractual Terms & Conditions• Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans (Detailed analysis of Risk is done at different levels of Project Cycle like - Pre Qualification Stage, Tendering/Bidding Stage, Project Planning and Procurement Stage, Execution and Monitoring Stage, Project Closure and Claims stage, Project Operation and maintenance stage. etc.)• Preparation of Budgetary Report for the different Projects, Pre & Post Contract Management - Preparation of Tender Documents, Checking, Monitoring & Drafting of BOQ, Technical Spec & Post Tendering Activities till the Award of the Contract & till Handing over of the Project.• Providing the cash flow forecast chart, Matching & Coordinate with finance dept for inflow & Outflow of project.• Ensuring of various contemporious records are correctly maintained by various departments as required in terms of the contract provisions.• One point responsibility for co-ordination of all procurement, Billing & Contractual needs of the project.• Controlling, Tracking & Monitoring the Multiple Site, Estimation, Rate Analysis, Budget of site, Preparation of MIS & updating the same periodically.• Heading Project Establishment team, taking over & handing over of project.• Experience in of leading people & teams of large Projects, Business or operation.• Co-Ordination with Higher Management, Diff Consultants, Dept, Project Team, Contractors.• Development of Vendor, Consultant, Contractor, etc.• Tender submission, attending techno commercial meeting with client, winning of tender, allotting the subcontract to sub-contractors.• Responsible for the maintaining Profit which shown at tender stage, Responsible for the ownership and management of accurate project costs as they relate to the final estimate actual cost at completion.
