Responsible for vendor interaction, vendor management and introducing new programmatic tool like Samplify, Access Pro to the project management team. Manage the field work using the current programmatic tools like Pure Spectrum and Fulcrum. Also, ensure good quality response for all the surveys we conduct. Established and maintained business relationships with clients, suppliers and vendors. Established loyal client discounts of 20% for repeated business and negotiated competitive costs between facilities for the resources and services needed to operate and manage the project within the budget. Utilized various software packages to design and produce PowerPoint slides, create charts using quantitative data and include graphic art objects from research study objectives for client reports. Coordinated and managed large research studies and teams to meet project specifications and be delivered under budget.Client interaction during the bidding stage to understand the scope of the project and offer the right sample solution. Help the team in understanding the project requirement which will help them to share a competitive price to client.
