• Handling Technical Support calls for Microsoft Small Business Servers {SBS 2003, 2008 and 2011}.
• Troubleshooting issues experienced by Microsoft Professional customers and helping them fix the issues in the least amount of time possible, to get the servers back in production.
• Gathering and analyzing logs for various issues with Server Performance.
• Providing value added information to the customer that will help them understand the issues they are experiencing and the solution to the issues.
