To operate Natural Gas network (HDPE pipe lines) spread through the new industrial area so as to ensure uninterrupted gas supply to consumers who are mainly small and medium scale industries. To operate and maintain MRS (Metering & Regulating Skid consisting of pressure control valves/ slam shut off valves, creep relief valves) set up by the corporation at consumer's location. Check flow, pressure and other parameters through SCADA system to ensure steady flow to consumers.To operate and maintain multi staged CNG compressor which supplies compressed natural gas to Karwa buses as fuel.

ROLES:Overseeing safety & integrity of revenue earning equipments & plant with maximum output & minimum production loss. Achieving the set target by efficient running of plant as per policies & procedures laid down by company with utmost HSE standards.Managing the gamut of activities encompassing control room operation, operation of SCADA & Experion in DCS while maintaining operating parameters like temperature, pressure & flow from upstream & downstream production/oil stations. Monitoring safe running of multistaged centrifugal Nuovo Pignone gas compressors with CCC (Compressor Controls Corporation) having capacity of 125 MMSCFD (Million Standard Cubic Feet per Day) that injects gas to oil wells by boosting up pressure of 10 bar at suction to 130 bar.Maintaining injection to wells, coordinating with upstream degassing stations, controlling & monitoring gas flow from degassing stations so as to maintain the oil production as per target, controlling & monitoring G.E turbines of Mark-VIe control system & equipments like pumps, heaters, instrument air compressors, after-coolers, anti surges, maintaining levels in slug catcher, knock out vessels etc.Working on the panel comprising of startup, shutdown of compressors & turbines from MARK-VIe along with their accessories, pumps, heaters & all other equipments safely as per procedures, changeover of the above mentioned equipments on the basis of running hours. Ensuring smooth running with minimum disturbances to the plant as well as upstream & downstream stations, controlling suction & discharge pressure, temperatures & other parameters along with the speed of turbine in SCADA & Experion depending on demand & to maintain injection.
