• Experienced Agricultural Professional with expertise in tasks such as Public Private Partnerships | Consulting | Social Impact | CSR & Sustainability. • Proactive and result oriented professional with over 13 years of experience working across all the stages of the project life cycle including project conceptualization, planning, implementation, monitoring & completion of various Public-Private-Partnership projects in the areas of Holistic Rural Development, Agribusiness sectors funded by Govt. and multi-lateral funding agencies including World Bank (SMART project), IFAD (CAIM project), CSR Foundations (VSTF) and ICAR (KVK).• Prior experience having state level managerial roles of Agribusiness in various capacities, including Project Designing, Policy Making, Implementation Module, Monitoring & Evaluation, Financial Management along with Govt. as well as CSR auditing systems. • Strong experience in working in Internationally Aided Projects e.g., World Bank, IFAD, IDH etc. at state level • Ability to develop realistic, outcome-oriented CSR projects along with investment promotion and facilitation efforts in identified sectors and geographies by aligning with government priorities • Vast experience of onboarding, assessment of the Implementing Agencies (NGOs, trusts etc.), drawing out implementation plan as well as monitoring their progress• Ability to grasp new techniques as well as modules for effective and result oriented timebound implementation framework.• Leverage networks to collaborate and foster partnerships for the design, formalization, and management of innovative Public-Private partnerships.• Domain knowledge of Environment Management Framework (EMF) and Social Management Framework (SMF) of the project.
