 Planning & Procurement of Material according to Siemens work order input for MV switch boards. Preparation of Bill of Material (Electrical switch gear as well as part of mechanical assemblies required for MV Switch board manufacturing) as per job requirement & arranging purchase order for material. Technical discussion for material ordering & take its approval from client Coordination for Drawing, Quires between Siemens & Symatic.  Giving Mechanical & Electrical Design input of panel to production department. Assembly of Switch board/panels as drawings provided by design dept. Executed electrical renovation of Heavy Machinery; studied the electrical drawing of the machine and its power and control circuits including the field operation of the machine. Created new drawing in Auto CAD for the Power and Control Circuit. Selected the complete switch gear required for the Electrical Panel. Drafting the Bill of Material for all the Switch gear and accessories required for the Panel.
