CurrentDURR India Pvt Ltd is a German MNC Company involved in design, fabrication erection and commissioning of paint shops and final assembly systems for the automotive industry. They are the service providers for the automotive industries in most of the country. Fabrication, Erection, Execution & Commissioning of Oven, Booth, ASU, PTED and conveyors with equipment's. Site Manager for the entire project till handover to the customer. Overseas Project execution. Identify and plan all Project related activities with respect to client requirements. Organize kick off meeting, and thoroughly understand the project requirement as per the client. Should act as a one point contact for the project in issues of matters related to the project. Preparation of project schedule & billing schedule and controlling the project to complete within stipulated time & cost. Close interaction & co-ordination with internal Engineering Cell, monitor progress on vendors supplies, finalize contractors work orders/amendments etc Ensure site visits and monitor the project progress regularly interacting with site engineers & site erection contractor. Collect the receivables in time and ensure positive cash flow of the project. Conducting internal reviews a. Operating reviews (Once in Week) b. Monthly reviews (Once in a month) c. Review meetings at site Monitoring internal MIS & ensuring updated status in the form of report is circulated to internal & external stakeholders. Close interaction & co-ordination with Quality dept., & purchase dept. for placement of orders on sub-vendor, inspection & dispatch. Vigorous follow up with fabricator/suppliers for timely completion of orders. Regular update the Management with respect to the entire happenings of the operational issues on progress month on month and for review.
