Working for well known Cosmetic eCommerce UK company, which helps them to stabilize their online platform and backend IT activity.Roles & Responsibilities:• Leading offshore team of (x5) from onsite• Effective client communications and negotiations about test plans and resource need• Making sure of all test phases and scrum processes of agile workflow• Participating in all scrum processes from start to end i.e. Epic estimation, Story grooming sessions with BA, Story test estimation, Requirement analysis and gap analysis, Test approach, Defining test scope, Highlighting key areas to be tested• Raise risks and impacts for the ongoing release testing, also share mitigation plan wherever possible• Defect triage with BA/PO and influence their decision about setting up priority• Represent QA point of view in go/no go calls• Actively participating in retrospective scrum meetings• QA Metrics preparation which gives an idea to client about Dev/QA/Product quality• Passing the required knowledge to offshore team to make sure they can deliver quickly and finds as many as issues for the feature tested
