●Tools Store:Checking of tool kits prior to tool check out or transfer as well as during check in or receiving of tool. Segregate and rack out Tools & consumables based on Shelf Life Expiry (SLE) information for further processing.Carry out stocking / binning functions based on storage type and dimensions of Tools. Understand priority nature of the AOG requirement and be able to meet agreed priority handling / processing timelines. Identify stock discrepancies during store processes and ensure action as per agreed procedures. ●Assist and execute warehouse tasks of receiving, picking, stocking and associated logistics tasks in line with company requirements and airworthiness standards,to support both aircraft maintenance and fleet operations. ●Goods Inwards:(Undergone Training)Carry out material receiving functions for overseas consignments including but not limited to Purchase and Repair Orders.Complete material receiving functions for returned, not used material from maintenance.Identify discrepancies in receipt processing (overseas and reverse logistics) and perform discrepancy management as per agreed procedures. ●Aware of Regulatory Requirements and performing allthe specified jobs as per requirements laid down by GCAA/ EASA/ FAA.
