At Akasha we are building socially responsible businesses. We try to change the stereotype by creating a different practice in food and hospitality. With our bakery we have created a workforce from academy trainees. We are setting up a healthy product line. With our coming cafe and restaurant, we will be serving sustainable dishes from locally sourced ingredients (hopefully from our farms as we work closely with our agriculture team) while providing a spiritual journey with our all welcoming team. Hospitality that will make a difference. All our profits go towards education projects all over Nepal.

Having a great attitude is crucial for this position. I can not stress enough the importance of rapport building and communication i have learnt and continue to learn here. Customer engagement and understanding are key to success as a consultant and is the fun part but as always there is the less interesting administrative side to it where i work with all basic Microsoft softwares, hospitality and sales CRM platforms including salesforce and opera to manage customer relations and use in house softwares for staff and budget management.
