• Part of the opening store and the first store manager of the company and have done the opening of the store in powai.• Vendor tie up with the different vendor ,sign for the quotation and the final deal.• Recruitment of the staff for the first ream of the store .• Training of the staff for the beverage & food .• Weekly reports and the monthly reports.• Planning for the opening of the new store in other location.• Selection of the new crew member for the new store with HR manager.
