1)Project Management & Business Planning2)Preparing/Updating of Procurement Plan of the project as and when required and follow up with various unit heads for getting the Procurement Requests submitted.3)Preparation/review of various types of contracts/Agreements/Purchase Orders in close coordination/guidance of the international/national procurement specialist and coordinating for their signing by the competent authorities.4)Making the required procurement related correspondence with the bidders and other units/organizations5)Coordinating/attending various procurement complaints and resolving of various contract disputes.
