Job Responsibilities are as below; 1. PR to PO execution and timely issuance of POs to Suppliers and follow up for issues like MOQ, price and incoterms etc. 2. Expedite with supplier for delivery schedule as per Demand from customer to control inventory; 3. Prepare shipping documents; request forwarder to pick up the goods from supplier location and follow up with forwarder for shipment ETA and provide solutions for various Custom issues for Inbound Custom Clearance; 4. Provide solution to Account team for various AP blocks by three-way match process and coordinating for payment with AP Team; 5. Source various electronic NPI parts for trail production run (RFQ); 6. Provide solution to Receiving team for various receiving and warehouse documents related issues; 7. Provide solution to Quality team for various quality issues; 8. Initiate RTV (Return to Vendor) and scrap process for damaged parts and raise debit notes / negative POs to supplier to claim this cost; 9. Interface between Receiving Team, Logistics, Planning, Accounting and Supplier; 10. Identify, recommend and implement operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement in the execution of procurement processes; 11. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent manual errors and miss by Buyers. 12. Give process related training to new joiners.
