Technical Lead
Current• Analyze, design, program, test, document and maintain IT systems/applications.• Lead and inspire a team of Java developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise to ensure the successful execution of projects.• Perform, manage, and participate in the systems review with Project Lead/Manager• Understand the PSA-Port/Cargo domain, both technical and business, and provide solutions to new projects• Assisted in project management activities like estimation, tracking and status calls with Business Users.• As a Team Lead, involved in providing technical Solutions for the service/projects.• Co-ordination with China Development Team, PSA Infrastructure Team, Solution Architect Team• Development tasks involving Core Java, SpringBoot, Angular and Oracle.• Deploy systems to production and provide post-implementation support. Involved in deployment activity when necessary, during weekdays and weekends• Mentor the junior team members and perform code review of the tasks
