Responsible for Maintenance Activity in Multiproduct Plant .Ensuring minimum downtime of Equipment. Planning of running & pending jobs and job distribution accordingly.Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance Of online, Standby & Spare Equipment.Maintaining inventory.Maintenance of Centrifugal pumps, vacuum pump, reactors, valves, ANF(Agitated Nutsche Filter), Hydraulic operated machine , GLR(Glass lined reactor) , mechanical seal pump etc.Practice of Work Permit System, following procedures for blinding & isolation, reporting faults and identifying requirement of overhaulsEnsuring minimum downtime of equipment.Monitor usages of PPE’s, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance and cleanliness.To ensure the safety of the plant personnel and adherence.Report any incident/accident/near miss/illness to the superior.Preparing and Executing the Preventive maintenance schedule activity.Continuously interacting with the team and implementing preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, modification, Energy conservations and predictive maintenance.Training to be given to subordinates for maintaining the standard and minimum downtime.Maintaining Inventory.To enhance productivity through implementation of modification job, effective planning and shutdown jobs.Having good experience in SAP system.To ensure the safety of the plant personnel and adherence.Report any incident/accident/near miss/illness to the superior.
