I am working in united group o companies as a Operations Supervisor. I joined these company as safety coordinator in year 2018.Throughout my journey I learned various things regarding rule and regulations of safety and most important thing how to maintain company CVOR in good shape.Even I faced one MTO inspection back in 2021 which er passed with 94% as Excellent carrier.In mid of 2021,I my position changed from safety coordinator to Operations Supervisor.• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.• Manage phone calls and correspondence e-mail, letters etc.• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned.• Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.• Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies.• Oversee the members of the administrative team and coordinate their activities.
