I have been enjoying the work in the industry for more than three decades. Every job that I did, added to my learning and joy. Every person or team that I worked with, refined my views towards life. Starting back in 1985 as Electronics and Telecom Engineer; I moved on to various functional roles like Production, Sales, Business Development, Quality Assurance, Research and Development and Maintenance. I switched to IT in the nineties and got multiple opportunities, again in different functional roles with senior positions.This varied, cross-functional exposure made me a techno-managerial-business person. I consider myself as a student who learns by doing. In 2007, I entered into Agile and was convinced about the approach. In 2010, I founded AgileSoft Methodologies to help Software Development companies to implement Agile. At AgileSoft, we provide support for Agile adoption in 3 areas of change viz.
