- Assisted in preparation of long term strategy for a billion pound division in 2012 and 2013. Also responsible for analyzing the organic and inorganic growth plan for the division and understanding revenue, margins and investments for the contracts - Valuation and transaction support in the acquisition of Excelior BPO in Australia ($13mn) by Serco. Direct responsibility for financial modeling and valuation and transaction and worked with advisors to prepare execution documents (presenting Due diligence findings, post DD adjustment, acquisition governance documents and building a financial model - Supported Transport Head of AMEAA in finalizing and developing Transport Strategy which includes identifying potential opportunities, prioritizing them and preparing a road map to execute them- Competitive benchmarking to evaluate Serco’s overhead structure and margins which played a significant role in kicking cost reduction exercise across division- Worked on Business Development assessment which initiated BD productivity exercise - Tracking our competition to identify potential upcoming rebids and to augment Serco’s BD effort- Part of the transactional support of Intelenet ($600mn) and assisted in building acquisition briefing note and execution documents for the transaction- Valuation and transaction support in the acquisition of the remaining 50% equity stake in DMS Maritime PTY Ltd in Australia by Serco in Nov 2012- Instrumental in establishing a system for pro-active pipeline monitoring by Senior Executive team in order to focus on short term growth - Provided critical support to key stakeholder of business (CEO, Strategy director, and CFO) for business performance management reporting and rolling forecast- Undertaking a sector deep dive and detailed assessment of a significant cross border acquisition target.
