Responsible for the End to End recruitments.Handling Tech recruitments for various start-ups, online, Non IT, Manufacturing & IT product companies as well as functional role.Handling clients & internal teams for recruitment deliveryHandling positions from mid-senior levels to executive hiringInvolved in strategy for scaling up the team and guiding the teamMeeting recruiting targets by building talent pipelines for critical roles and managing internal or external stakeholders.Ensuring alignment of hiring strategy i.e. sourcing channels, selection methodologies andcandidate care with the TA strategic and operating goals.Articulating and negotiating all job offers with candidates, clearly communicating all aspects of the offer including compensation package salary, incentives, benefits, and perks. Preparing Salary Approvals templates and follow-ups for Salary Approvals. Generating offer letters and generating weekly & monthly recruitment reports.Ensure timely completion of Background Verification and reference checks of new joiners.Experience in managing candidate database in the Applicant Tracking System.Conversion Activities & Onboarding -Candidate Engagement post-offer stage and keep them warm to ensure offer conversion, Relocation assistance to employeesEnsuring a smooth communication flow between the Hiring Manager and candidate and ensuring a timely joining of the candidate.Design, develop, maintain and review the recruitment process efficiency in the organization (including job descriptions, recruitment measurement definitions, sanity check, recruitment tracker, regular measurement reporting, gap closure by taking necessary actions).Sending updates to respective Hiring Managers on periodic basis to show current hiring status. Weekly discussion with Hiring team, Business heads and HRBP on Demand ValidationPart of top management internally for recruitment business
