 Procurement of low voltage products from China, Taiwan, Korea, Canada and locally from India. . Demand Forecasting, Issuance of Purchase Order-Issuance of Purchase Orders, Follow up with Vendors for supplying material on time and also arranging the movement of goods through various Freight Forwarders. Custom Clearance of the imported shipments: Work along with CHA and Finance in order to custom clear the goods on time, Freight Management: Constantly work towards optimizing Freight on an aggregate basis for complete imports, Working on strategic plan towards Domestic Freight Reduction and implementation of same. Worked closely with vendor towards managing their expectation and setting up processes for managing their payment. Determined MOV (Minimum Order Value) for all the overseas vendors to ensure maximum economic benefit.

 Procurement of the Bath And Kitchen Products from various Kohler factories across the world, like – U.S, France, China, Thailand, Taiwan, Egypt etc and also in the process of setting up Supply Chain with Australia And Newzeland. Handling Normal India imports, EPCG Transactions, High Sea Sales and “Sale in the course of imports” as per requirement of the customers. Forecasting Demand, Issuance of Purchase Order, Follow up with Factories and other Vendors for supplying material on time and also arranging the movement of goods through various Freight Forwarders. Co-ordination with the Freight Forwarder in getting the goods custom cleared and also looking after the Stock movement to the Warehouse in Bhiwandi.Co-ordinate with Finance to arrange DD for Custom Clearance and providing MRP Details to CHA for custom clearing the goods. Complete Customers Order Processing starting from order booking , issuing Proforma Invoices, realization of money, issuing of Packing List to warehouse, Issuance of Commercial Invoice and finally follow up for the deliveries. Kick started the process of SKU Management in Order Management system. Measuring and reporting the performances of different factories and Logistics Partner wrt KPI are fixed by our Global Supply Chain Team. Generating Weekly MIS Reports on Sales, Open Order on Factories, Arrivals from Factories and Goods under Custom Clearance. Continuous Negotiation with shipping lines and 3PL providers for better performance and reduced costing. Instrumental in generating “in house software” for “Customer order processing and purchase order” management with factories. Presently working on other models of importing goods for reducing costs of marine imports.
