•Review offer letters for student information consistency to ensure efficient application processing.•Work with our partnership schools and recruiters to resolve application issues on behalf of our students.•Work across teams to ensure program requirements and intakes are accurate to ensure optimal student outcomes.•Clearly communicate and outline all school requirements and deadlines to the student once the offer letter has been received.•Empathetically communicate application outcomes to our students, whether positive or negative.•Follow up and assist students in meeting enrollment conditions and resolve any uncertainties.•Communicate with our partner school to cultivate positive relationships and clarify application processing ambiguities.

•Assessing student visa and admission related documents for Canada and Australia, accordance with immigration law and policy•Verify that all documents and information is correctly present as needed for applications. •File the College / University applications for students on certain portals. •Monitor requests from counsellors for student applications to be filed.Reach out to students for collecting information, conveying updates and responding to their queries. •Coordinate with counsellors for reviewing and submitting the applications being filed Handle any discrepancies in application filing by coordinating with counsellors, students and product team as needed.•Dealing with range of clients with home branch and respond to enquiries to other branches and agents.•Coordinating with the University/College to resolve all concerns of the student?s related with their Applications.•Participating in the Webinars conducted by the University/College to get the update on admission process.•Providing administrative support to the office and branches.•Undertake case- related investigation, including mail and call queries.•Conducting integrity check to ensure student meet the GTE requirement of University and High Commission.•Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate information of all applicants on CRM and EXCEL Sheet/Google sheet.•Maintaining all the information updated, received from the University/College.•Maintaining up-to-date information of Department of Home Affair, UKVI, IRCC rules and regulation for visa requirements.

• Making outbound calls to share the opportunity to study through e-learning platform.• Advise student/ parents for their learning need through structured counselling session.•Set up appointment with student's parent and education expert to conduct home demo session on daily basis including follow up.•Guiding the customers to achieve their child's goal through online study platform. •Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of effective learning.•Create the need for smart learning and advise student-parent to buy subscription as solution. •Making Follow Up of interested customer's on daily basis.•Handle objections, negotiation and learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and skills to achieve and exceed.•Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirements.•Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activityreports in Salesforce CRM system.•Assisting the sales team to progress the sales cycle.
