Responsibilities:• Coordinating with various impacted teams, leads, development teams, testing teams, E2E Delivery Managers, ASG teams and other Delivery Managers to deliver the Work Packages in agreed cost and time and quality.• Taking complete responsibility for the delivery and customer interface from a delivery perspective.• Reviewing the project statuses, attending and chairing various conference calls to track project status and management reviews within the project.• Review deliverables and monitor and track the deliveries against the governance standards.• Manage the interdependencies and the risks around all the projects.• Represent the project / programs in the Change Authorization Board (CAB) meetings.• Used Agile (Scrum) process methodology for a team of 60 offshore and onsite distributed team.• Implement process enhancements based on lessons learnt from retrospections.• Manage Senior Stakeholders and report the statuses to them at the defined intervals.
