Through the "Samarthya" initiative, I formed groups of 10 women, assessed their interests, and provided them with skill-based training. This resulted in the women establishing their own micro-enterprises like papad making, olan making, and using the shilay machine. • The Black Astro Project (Latur District): I addressed the issue of low income faced by small landholders in Latur. The "Black Astro" project introduced them to alternative agricultural activities, successfully improving their livelihood generation capabilities.
