At FujiFilm, I was heading overall administrative responsibilities for Head Office and all regional offices across India.I displayed high ability in managing Cost & Asset Optimization, Liaison & Public relations, Risk management, General Administration, Expat Management including stay, FRRO Services, Relocation, Residential and Commercial Leases.Process – oriented to creating cost effective infrastructure, some of my significant achievements here have been – setting up of the corporate head office and relocation of 5 regional offices in a record time whilst ensuring business continuity.As part of the core decision making team, I formulated various cost effective strategies, negotiations with contractors/builders.

This was an enjoyable tenure which gave me opportunity to establish several innovative strategies.Administered a large budget and managed general administration and facilities management of the company spread over 12 locations in the country, with a budget responsibility of INR 13 Cr.In this role, I gave strategic direction in setting up of a new office, overseeing location/ space selection, office interior in addition to various relocation projects at branches across India. I obtained ISO 14001 certification across all locations of the company.My significant achievement was managing a key project to set up a manufacturing facility in Neemrana.I was deputed as a Factory Manager at Neemrana for a period of 6 months as an added responsibility.Oversaw entire gamut of task including vendors management, housekeeping, Security, canteen employee transportation & logistics, coordinating with Expats and other departments for aligning strategies at all locations
