My responsibilities include setting up the IT operation in the UAE, managing the IT department, liaising with the head office in India, and coordinating IT contracts locally. I am also responsible for designing and maintaining their Business Continuity Management documentation as well as creating the company’s CRM and invoicing software. I have conducted end-user training for the staff in India and held workshops for user engagement.

My responsibilities include managing all aspects of IT for the Dubai office as well as handling global roles. I look after everything from project management, managing IT contracts and Business Continuity Management to deskside support, programming / scripting, process efficiency analysis and end user training. I have independently managed dozens of projects, most notable being:• implementation of full disk and media encryption for 4000+ machines• implementation of global Antivirus, client firewall and device control in 4000+ machines• client equipment upgrades projects, Operating system upgrades (Xp / Win7 /Win10)• digitization project and 100% paperless office initiative. Implemented e-signaturesprocess for all policies and contracts• multiple office fitout projects• complete implementation of BCM for the local office• complied documentation for several applications and processesI have also hosted several training sessions on topics including Symantec endpoint protection, Endpoint encryption & Administration, Business continuity management (BCM) as well as conducted workshops on intermediate level MS Excel, PowerPoint and other office products.My global roles also include Symantec global administrator, Global Sophos Endpoint Encryption administrator and Advanced group policy management administrator. Globally AGCS has over 4000 employees and my responsibilities covered all of them. I have travelled to our European offices quite often to attend workshops, training sessions and team collaboration events. I also received the Innovator of the year award in 2012
