My responsibilities include equipment procurement, equipment service, management and technological assessment. I have had been involved in Annual Purchase of medical equipment. Involving the skills of Health Technology Assessment tool. Moreover I have developed a few policies of my own which will definitely prove in long term. I have started procuring medical equipments through PPP. I have developed the Radio diagnosis department for the clearance of Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (BARC, AERB). I have also worked closely with the guidelines of the regulatory bodies like Medical Council of India (MCI) and National Accreditation Board for Hospital and Healthcare Providers (NABH).Working for the maintenance of Medical Oxygen Gas pipeline and setting up liquid medical oxygen plant (Linde). Moreover I work on designing and working on hospital furniture for better ergonomics.I have also been involved in research for developing better Air purification system for critical care areas of the Hospital. Apart from handling these duties for Era’s Lucknow Medical College & Hospital, I also work for the sister concern organization, American University of Barbados.
