As the Extension Officer (Accounts) at Masauli Samriddhi Farmer Producer Company Limited, I play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial and operational functions of our Farmer Producer Organization (FPO). Since the company's incorporation in October 2018, I have been responsible for managing its financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and supporting our mission to empower farmers and promote rural development.Key responsibilities in my role include:Handling all accounting processes, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and audits, while ensuring compliance with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).Preparing and filing annual balance sheets and financial statements to maintain transparency and accuracy.Collaborating with the board of directors, including Amar Singh, Virendra Kumar, and others, to implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.Ensuring the FPO’s financial health through careful budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial data.Assisting in securing funding, grants, and subsidies to support agricultural and animal husbandry services aimed at enhancing the livelihoods of local farmers.With an authorized share capital of ₹1,000,000 and a paid-up capital of ₹200,450, Masauli Samriddhi Farmer Producer Company Limited is committed to advancing the agricultural sector. My role as Extension Officer (Accounts) allows me to directly contribute to the financial sustainability of the organization, ensuring we operate efficiently while making a lasting impact on the farming community.
