Worked as a Project Coordinator in a client facing role on Google construction projects as a part of Google’s Business Operations Deployments (BOPS)-Program Management Office (PMO) for India region. In my current role, I am thoroughly involved in collaborating with REWS (Real Estate & Workplace Services) on projects in pipeline, providing head count needed(3 to 6 month forward), initiating project, assigning resources to projects, organize and conclude project kick-off meeting, collaborating with the contractor/sub-contractor (CBRE/PMC) teams on design reviews, collaborating with the caddy team, collaborating on design governance review on complex/custom spaces, finalizing the project Scope, ensuring all the project management tasks are up to date on Workfront, creating project mini-charter, submitting quotes(R&R) for Purchase order (PO) validation, ordering & tracking Equipment/materials, engaging local teams and the integrator, tracking building readiness & equipment installation status, commissioning of AV spaces, gathering & sharing lessons learned, submitting invoices to the client, tracking the PO/invoices until closure, ensuring the PO is 100% billed.
