Experience of project deliver for Intra-logistics Automation solution & application including BHS (For Airports), Cross Belt Sorters for High-Speed Sorting System, Conveyor System etc (for Logistics sector).- Heading the Project- Delivery and Execution, testing and commissioning of Cross Belt sortation system (1100 mtr.) for Logistics division of Flipkart warehouse (Mother hub) in Haringhata, West Bengal (India's Biggest CBS setup).- Associated with the Project for Baggage Handling System at the new Terminal Building at Dehradun.

Involved with the EPCM of Non LSTK packages of Ammonia Urea Plants in Gorakhpur, Sindri and Barauni projects. (Client: Hindustan Urvarak and Rasayan Limited.)- Worked as Project (Package) Manager for Water distribution system for all the three projects sites of Hindustan Urvarak Rasayan Limited at Gorakhpur, Sindri and Barauni. (Industrial & residential) which includes Construction of India's first Rubber Dam at Gorakhpur.- Worked as Project (Package) Manager for Bulk conveying and loading- Urea Handling and Bagging Package system for the project site of Barauni.- Accomplishing the tendering and awarding of all Non-LSTK packages of Barauni (Pre award Contract activities).

Involved in identifying areas of bottlenecks / breakdowns and taking corrective actions and modification projects of existing plant. Major thrust areas were escalating productivity and operational efficiencies.Ensured execution of TPM activities of all the machines of the department, and assisting in implementation of ISO 9001: 2015.

Was responsible for carrying out the expansion project and later on initial maintenance of the modified plant.The project envisages setting up Induction furnaces, Reactors, Pollution Control Equipment, modifying of ETP plant etc. as Energy efficiency strategy.Involved in project planning and coordination of Cement Plant (Grinding unit) in Shillong, MeghalayaInvolved in project planning and coordination of Cement Plant- PSC (Cap- 2000 MTPD) in Sharjah.Instrumental in setting up SAP system (Project System and Plant Maintenance Module).

The Project involved capacity enhancement of existing plant from 3000 MTPM to 2000 MTPM.This expansion involves thorough consolidation of Cold Rolled Steel Plant.
