I am a COA Licensed Architect with around nineteen years of professional experience in India. My technical expertise, design sensibility, and experience working with leading Architects and Interior Designers and practices allow me to implement complex projects across diverse urban environments. As a Studio Head, I lead teams to develop, design, and produce construction documentation through coordination of all associated disciplines. My skills include consultant management, design and drawing, quality assurance and technical performance, office management and staff mentoring, interiors as well as contract negotiation.As an architect, I have completed various High-End Projects with Valuable clients from Designing, Master Planning, and Interiors & Turnkey Solutions.In addition, my duties have included construction administration for a variety of complex projects in India. During the construction process, I focus on achieving the goals of the project design and construction documents fairness to the contractor, client, and the design document. This professional focus helps me to lead all the stakeholders - clients, contractors, and architects, to think outside of the box and partner to deliver successful projects within budget and time.As an Architect and Interior Designer, I have worked with Hi-End residential apartments in Chandigarh and Noida, Five star Hotels & Five Star Wellness Resorts, IT Park, and interiors for penthouses and Hotels. With this rich work experience, I have developed a global perspective and a deep understanding of how diverse cultures communicate and complete successful projects together. This understanding is critical to the success of today’s global projects requiring creativity, coordination of multiple expectations, and complex financial models.At present, I am associated with MIXED FOLIOS Architects. My role essentially includes keeping a complete overview of all the projects and looking into the aspects like the completeness of design documentation, streamlining project quality and timeline, and maintaining coordination between different consultants, architects, and clients. Take care of clients' requirements and expectations. Finalizing the budget for procurement and tendering issues.
