Divyang Creations is a Social Enterprise being developed with the sole purpose of creating employment for rural differently abled women and youth through building innovative and sustainable enterprises.

After dedicating five years with Tata Institute of Social Sciences as a vertical lead of CSR Training and Capacity Building at National CSR Hub now I have incorporated RISE INSTITUTE to continue my endeavors.The Rise Institute offers a specialized training program for development sector personnel, NGO leaders, CSR professionals and it aims to nurture knowledge-based practices and innovations for creating deeper social impact.

Grameen Shramik Pratishthan(GSP) is the social purpose organization with sole purpose of empowering the marginalized sections of the society. GSP is facilitating empowerment of Differently Able, Youth , Women and Rural Communities.From Janaury 2019 I am spearheading the organisation as Managing Trustee. We are on MISSION to create large scale employment for Differently Able Persons and facilitate their comprehensive rehabilitation.

Developed CSR Training and Capacity Building vertical at National CSR Hub set by TISS. Conceptualized and conducted CSR Training series and consultation meets, conclaves for the CSR professionals. Facilitated Training on CSR Programme Management for more than 50 corporates. Lodha Group works actively in South Mumbai area with all sections of the community and has taken up various support programmes for women, youth and senior citizens. As a deputy manager CSR my role was mainly coordination and monitoring of Women's Empowerment Initiative through Self Help Groups. Engagement was also aimed at effective implementation of various initiatives of Lodha Foundation.
