CurrentKey Responsibilities• Handle all regulatory matters ensuring timely and accurate returns and other formalities • Monthly financial MIS reports (operating statement, cash flow statement, Financial Covenants, Bank facility Report, etc) and also handle the cash as an when required.• Documentation of all types related to finance, accounts.• Coordinate and lead all the matters relating to banking.• Managing and handling: o Quarterly, Monthly & Daily cash flow.o Import Payments.o Export Documentation.o Covenant Report.o Bank Facility Report.o Preparation of Daily Bank Balance & Payment report.o Bank Re-conciliations. o Bank charges analysis.o Preparation stock statement.o Preparation of Other Financial Information (OFI)o Preparation of Unhedged Foreign Currency Exposure (UFCE)o EDPMS & IDPMS closure activityo Month closing Activity. o Working capital documentation.o Loan documentationo Quarterly & half-yearly consortium meetings.o Banks guarantee documentation.o GST Paymentso PT, PF & ESIC Payments.o Custom duty paymento Finalization limits available.o Cash handling.
