• Managing all accounting related entries.• Managing Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Maintaining transactions with Customers and Vendors regularly and ensuring that account balances of customers and Vendors are accurate and up to date to avoid discrepancies.• Collection/Bank Status file maintaining for directors.• Payroll managing monthly.• Proper follow-ups Sending SOA on monthly basis and ensuring timely collections from customers with proper application of accounts.• Intercompany and Bank Reconciliations Monthly reconciliations of various Intercompany and bank transactions to ensure regular and accurate data is maintained to ensure books of accounts are closed on a timely basis. • Rebates & Discounts Calculations for Customers and Suppliers rebate monthly, maintained to submit MIS reports to the management.• Service invoices and general expense invoices booking.• Petty Cash handling and management maintenance of daily cash sales collections, local purchases, and other expenses.• Proper checking of GST setup invoices for auditing purpose.• Approval & new Customers/Vendors account opening• Working knowledge & experience of Microsoft Office. Tally ERP 9 & Tally Prime, Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word.• Sales invoice making & posting• Prepare various Bank Reconciliations
