Designing various dosage forms with specialization in the field of Pelletization technology, Effervescent tablet technology, & softgelatine capsule formulation.5. Evaluation of various packaging materials and monitoring the stability of the product at accelerated conditions, thereby zeroing down on the final packaging material, delivering optimal stability to the product,6. Stability studies: Preparation of stability protocols of various dosage forms as per international guidelines. Stability monitoring of the finalized development batch in tentative packaging material under accelerated conditions to generate real time data,7. Scale-up & Technology transfer: Scale-up finalized product formula in co-ordination with production department. Monitoring activities like dispensing, production, process validation and trouble shooting,8. Monitoring first three production batches for real time stability,9. Finalizing the finished product, raw material specification in co-ordination with analytical development lab,10. Co-ordination with packaging development in preparation of packaging material specification and designing of the same.
