Provide Root Cause Analysis and circulate it to concerned teams.2) Ensure adequate follow up and closure for any unfinished tickets or problems within specified time lines.3) Working on a project; a Tier-II ISP having datacenters in (Osaka, Akasaka) businesses by COLT.
