Monitoring Branches reconciliation from Head Office, we are using SAP Accounting software version ECC.6.Job profile which includes:1.Getting Cleared Interbr reco Item from All 68branches.2.Getting Cleared all transit entries.3.Clearing of GR/IR Accounts.4.Interbr customer clearing.5.Interbr vendor clearing.6.Interbr balance transfer of Customer & Vendor, once period is closed.7.Posting of Miro Entries, if entries pending.8.Physical stock verification at beginning of month for last month.9.checking of open PO.10. reconciliation of Purchase register with purchase GL.11.reconcilaition of tax with GL.12.Deletion of Open PO.13.Maintaining of Quantity details.14.Changing assignment of entries which is cleared in GL.15.Creation of Storage location.16.Creation of Shipping Points.17.Maintaining any type of report which is required by manager.18.Getting data from Table for database.19.changes to made in address of plant.20.reconcilation of Interbr customer balance with balance sheet.21.Maintaining Internal Auto mail ID of User...

• Taking care of all collection related activities for South1,North1,North2 & West2.• Preparation & reporting of daily Bank reconciliation.• Monitor of timely cheque entry in system & deposit in Bank.• Resolving Problems & issues of Branches as well as channel partners.• Assist in all kind of approval required by the branch from Head office.• Branch follow up for Payment, Material return, Inter Branch Reconciliation etc.• Help branch to get the Material return approval from Head office.• Arrange executives visit at customer place to pressurize customer for payments.• Daily update collection from branch on net of PDC.• Reasons collection for cheque bounces from branch as well as from customer if required.• Preparing documents for order release & order release from system.• Preparing customer's exposer report when ever asked by management.• Follow up with the vendor's representatives if the payments are not cleared in time.• Co-ordinate with accounts for debit notes & payment adjustment.• Follow up with back office for credit notes.• Arrange approval from management for Credit notes & MRN.• Follow up with Legal department for court cases.• Calculation of Interest & Final outstanding amount.• Co ordinate with Sales team where ever required.• Inform Management regarding suspected payments.• Highlighting the issues going on in company in front of management.
