Manage the entire procurement process, from receipt of requisition to delivery: i.e. floating of enquiry, offers & rates evaluation, negotiate price terms & condition, delivery schedule of chemical, engineering & packaging material like Aluminum coils , LDPE granules, Adhesives, Corrugated boards ,plastic film & engineering consumables etc. from local & international market.Implementation of rate contract, techno commercial evaluation of offer for engineering equipment. Coordinate with CHA for smooth clearance of import consignment.New Vendor development & supplier management i.e. identifying, developing & auditing local / overseas vendor base for obtaining timely procurement of materials at favorable terms to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Monitoring vendor performance and develop alternate vendors to ensure good price quality & better payment terms & co-ordinate with QC dept to sort out quality related rejections in materials. Purchasing of gift articles, office stationery contract for HO & regional offices at competitive rates. Coordination with finance & store for timely payment to suppliersCoordinate with marketing dept. to meet production requirements in optimum time frame.Preparation MIS report on weekly basis.Production planning, dispatch planning and close co-ordination with production & sales personnel as well as customers to reduce lead time.Project:To develop alternative vendors for LDPE, coil joining tape & Printing machine consumables which will result in overall reduction of material costs

Supply Chain coordinationTo ensure materials dispatch with proper packaging and as per laid down norms.To follow up with the Vendors for right time availability of the materials.To co-ordinate with freight forwarder for the custom clearance of the imported materials.To co-ordinate for inventory management both at stores & vendors end.To sort out any quality related problems in case of rejections in the packaging materials.To collecting & checking the artwork, specification copies from Graphic dept.& forward the same to respective Dept. a Purchase of all kinds of Packaging material (From Domestic & International Market) – Includes glass bottles, plastic caps, Labels, Al Foils, Al. Caps, Carton & C. box etc with proper packing, documents for Various Locations around India & abroad.New Vendor Development - To identify, audit & development of new prospective vendorsTo prepare audit reports, negotiate and finalize rates and other commercial termsTo finalize & implement rate contract on annual basisSupplier Management:- Day to day follow up with vendors & factory to sort out technical & quality related problem of packing materials. Follow up with store & finance dept with regards to invoices and payments. Co- coordinating with Marketing & planning dept. for Innovative pack Development & execution of new promotional Jobs.Developing new packing products with the help of packaging professional & Suppliers for existing & new products

Invite and comparison of quotation, verifying & negotiating rates, purchase order generation, follow up for all the packaging material for Loan License Locations.Coordinating with R & D, Q & A, and vendors. Arrange samples/materials and related documents required for ANDA/DMF and dossier filings in various regulated markets All the work related to receiving the artworks / sending to vendors/ proof approvals / data maintaining. Rejection Analysis / date generation, vendor development & audit evaluation. Back end working for monthly report and KRA.Import procurement, documentation, coordinating with freight forwarder & L.C .generation
