- End to end project management for assigned projects through including develop detail project plan,tracking project,identifying & managing risks ,project budget and updating plan as required.- SAP project creation and maintenance :Create WBS,PR,Milestone for project and maintain the project activities in SAP- Detail engineering (P&ID,Layout ,valve selection ,line sizing ,pump selection etc.)activities during post order phase .- To manage the project scope and generate variation order from change in scope- Preparation of technical specifications for bought out components as per project scope of supply and initiate order to procurement department - Manage the development ,implementation and co -ordination of project to schedule review ,design status meeting and financial analysis.- Coordination with customer for drawing approvals ,status review,manage escalation and collection of payments.- Coordination with logistics department to on time delivery of material at site- Oversee the site management and ensure that the site is erected,commissioned and technically handed over to customer- Coordination for Qualification/verification at various project stage ( FAT/SAT)- Planning and support to pre-commissioning and commissioning activities (IQ,OQ,PQ)- To support the sales team during bid stage in project cost estimation

- Preparation of work schedule and site execution plan.- Design review,equipment selection and installation- To prepare installation and erection procedure for equipment like silo ,tanks,pumps,valve & PHE- Erection of equipment,piping and fabrication as per approved P& ID and layout- Follow the site safety rules and regulation during erection and fabrication work at site - Overall project site management and communication and coordination with customer.- Communication and coordination with subcontractors ( Mechanical ,electrical and automation )- Ensured that all the piping work are done according to applicable quality standard- Ensured that all the work done in accordance with approved P& ID ,layout and piping specification.- Support during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.- Issuing Handed over certificate for completed work
