Currently Working as a Assistant Manager(Legal) in Sundaram Finance Ltd.,(NBFC) Mumbai for 28 branches of Western Region (Maharashtra, Gujrat and Goa ) since March 2010. The Job Profile :-Looking after legal matters of the institution.Attending court cases and following up with the advocates to whom matters have been entrusted.Preparing & sending statutory notices to the defaulting borrowers.To initiate legal proceedings send the proper notices for default action for recovery of money through 138 N.I Act.Negotiations with parties for the recovery of outstanding dues of the defaulting borrowers.Coordinating with police for proper services of Court summons and warrants.Preparing sale notices for publication in newspapers.Conducting auction cum sale of the secured assets vide tender process by receiving bids for the same.Updating the status of cases on the system. Dealing matters under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, filing necessary application u/s 9 for interim relief.Filing and follow up of Execution proceedings filed by company at various branches for recovery.Issuing Winding up notices to the defaulter companies, and filing Winding up petition against them alongwith the panel Advocate.
