After spending more than a decade in BPO industry, I found my calling in photography and I was lucky to have bumped in to a couple of stalwarts like Prashant Nakwe (photo Editor- The Hindu) and Pulitzer Prize winner, late Danish Siddiqui (Reuters), who also got me the first break.My work has been published in various domestic and international news papers & magazines like The New York Times, Washington Post, Aljazeera , Swissinfo.ch, ABC News, The Peninsula, CNN, Nasdaq, Quartz, World Economic Forum, Gulf Today, Hindustan Times, The Hindu, Huffington Post, The Guardian, The Week Magazine(cover photo).I am a 42-year with experience covering a spectrum of stories in news, photo essays and sports. I am energetic, outgoing and can adapt to any task. I am comfortable meeting new people, conducting on the spot interviews, researching information for stories or being assertive in making sure I never “miss” the story.
