Working in coordination with the cluster coordinator of Anekal & Bagalur to prepare weekly periodic work plans for the teams and implementation and monitoring of the same.Render all required support to the Community Field Workers in terms of providing project related information, technical training on excel and preparation of reports while adhering to prescribed guidelinesEnsuring proper documentation at every step and putting systems in place so that the survey and follow up goes on smoothly in the given time period.Working in convergence with all stakeholders related to the project including relevant government departments of health education, food and civil supplies transport, police, anganwadi, pourakarmikas, BBMP and others elected representatives such as MLAs, ward cooperator/Panchayat Members MPs and local community leaders, NGOs and others working in the area. Assist the cluster coordinator in conducting weekly meetings with CFWs (Community Field worker) to take stock of progress and make the next week's planPreparation of every quarterly plan of action and implementation of the same along with the cluster coordinators:Give a weekly update of the work to the SIEDS Collective and in consultation with the SIEDS Committee and cluster coordinators plan any additional technical or creative training to the teams as might be required by the needs of the project as also the CFWS.Ensure compliance with the MIS as specified by the funder on a regular basis and prepare monthly narrative reports on the progress of the work

Admin executive for our Vice chairman, who takes care of his official work like his travelling, flight booking, Insurance, Visa, Passport, Hotel booking, maintenance of his Office& Residence, files, Courier, Stationery Purchasing etc..
